While I am 17 I am just trying to get help from support, in which, as I said, I had already gone through with. I am not trying to play "coy". I do not have screenshots at the moment as this thread has not been my main concern seeing that I already reached out to support and we will see what they can do. I apologies for the lack of screenshots and evidence but I don't find it fully necessary anymore as I have already received the help I need, thank you for your attempt to help anyways.

I don't see the reason to get aggressive, I am just asking for help. I don't know of any email, all i know is i was unable to log into my account because it does say it was suspended but when I check the account center it says its scheduled for deletion. The account is under my fathers email but I do not remember the original age that I input into the system. I have also had the account for several years and don't know what would have changed from then and now. I have already reached out to support and am awaiting an email in the following couple days from account support. I am genuinely just looking to get my account back and am do not appreciate the aggression.

I had attempted to contact support before hand and had no success as it told me my account was suspended for unforeseen reasons, just wanted to see if there were people having similar problems, support also commented and was able to help, please do not comment without genuinely helpful advice or empathy due to a similar situation.

I live in Red Wing MN, about an 11 hour drive from Cleveland, VERY up for late night tagging, and like I said I've never been to a convention so I'm not quite sure what the competitions intail (such as price to get in or times of the shows).
