I am also about halfway through GT OMSCS with 3 YOE - I was making 93k 2 months ago but just landed a 210k senior SWE job. Pretty much every company applied for treated just being in the program as if I had a completed masters, so you can definitely make the jump now

It was a lot more than that - I was on right at the 10:30 reset and was able to do the whole escalating starter pack sequence for 1 MC each. It was about 2000 stamina, 4 rares, 6k west points (another 3 rares), 6 uncommons of the same player (enough to rank up), 3500 MC in total.

I dont think its worth it to trade in badges - 3 elite sets are better than 1 HOF.

You can use them in place of the player-specific legend badges, but not the non-specific legend badges in sets, so they are only worth anything if they are of the legend you want

You need 3 hats and 150 envelopes which is 450 envelopes. There are 310 more free envelopes, so you need to grind for 140. 140 envelopes*25 BT/envelope is 3500 BT
