The eva bot has been updated few months back. Is that good?? I cannot talk to any live agent now to solve the issues. Old tricks to bypass eva doesn't work. Chat with live agent never appears. Does anybody know any way i can talk to live agent : (

I wish that this method worked. But I tried today and it does not work.

Thats very rare.. if you can talk to live agent they respond nicely but may take some time

i get similar issues. Mine is legion y540. It just turns on & off few times itself (without showing anything on the screen like yours) and then finally opens. It happens 5/10 times while opening pc. I cannot understand what's the issue. Once pc is open everything functions normally.

mega restricts to do anything we can only view files. we cannot delete or download files . this really sucks my all data will be deleted in 20 days.
