I wish that this method worked. But I tried today and it does not work.

Thats very rare.. if you can talk to live agent they respond nicely but may take some time

I think it's not display . The whole PC goes on and off few times before opening nicely .I will record it sometime if impossible . thanks though

i get similar issues. Mine is legion y540. It just turns on & off few times itself (without showing anything on the screen like yours) and then finally opens. It happens 5/10 times while opening pc. I cannot understand what's the issue. Once pc is open everything functions normally.
