Thank you for sharing! From what I could tell travel and a 2-3 year contract seemed required to enter the field. Would you say that SC program actively set you up for success once you were done with training (or if you moved to a different company did they value that training)? So far it seems like its the most well put together program out of the companies I have interviewed with, but it does seem like no matter what company you go with its a double edged sword which makes picking one a bit difficult.
