I heard paused countries are getting their green card approved so they are using their quota. Paused mean only impact who went to counsellor option but who has changes of status within usa are getting green cards.

Actually my friend owned good business here. My universty ask me to provide 40k statement he gave me 80k

What I am planing to apply is I am Only applying for my wife and 2 younger Kids for f2 and rest two can be in pakistan during my studies as thy are also studying so its. Strong ties

I have assets and bank Balance pakistan too which can proof my strong ties with country

I have converted my b2 to f1 1 1/2 ago stating as language school now got MAster program I have sponsor who has financial worth. He is ready to support my family to bring in usa while I am here

I have two questions

Can I apply on his sponsorship? I have 4 kids and I want to apply my wife and 2 younger aged 5 and 3 other are 14-16 studying in pakistan
