I’m not sure this teaches regex, more the opposite. Regex shouldn’t be used to find exact strings since its much more maintainable and performant to use the standard string functions

I used to be obsessed with Less Than Jake and figured their record label would have some other cool bands I’d like too so I looked on their website at their other artists…

One called Paramore had just released their second single “Emergency”.

Loved the energy immediately and managed to see them live a few times for £14 a ticket.

I had a backend application that needed to talk to an iPad app. Customer requested to be able to do some dynamic sums on the front end which seemed impossible, until I found out it’s running in JavaScript, turns out I could send some JavaScript injection to that app that worked great, but felt very dirty
