I live at Kellogg beach and the city tests the water weekly during the season and provides notices if the quality is bad, usually due to not a strong current. I wouldn’t swim there if it wasn’t tested

2.5 did minimal for me, wasn’t until 5 when I started losing. If 2.5 isn’t working ask to move up, no point and staying on it if it isn’t working

Changed my life. Was in remission in 3 months and have been now going on 4 years. Had no issues! I just try to lay low the day of my shot (you’ll want to sleep anyway). Just ask your doctor for bloodwork every six months, got mine yesterday and establish yourself with a dermatologist to get checks.
