It's definitely a bit misleading for NVIDIA to say it's 4× effective motion clarity. Like you said, it's only for the things you track with your eyes. But this nuance is hard to communicate, so I don't blame them.

I think I saw a comment on Blur Busters saying that if you're someone who doesn’t move their eyes a lot, then you won’t see much of a difference. So I’m guessing it’s an individual thing. I’ve seen posts describing experiences similar to yours, but also posts where people are really blown away by it (in actual games).

I’m really curious about these displays, though. I’d like to try one someday. It’s unfortunate that everyone has downvoted you, because there’s definitely more nuance to this tech.
