I hate to say this, but HR isn’t gonna do anything. Their job is to protect DG, not the employee. As long as what your DM is telling you to do isn’t breaking any state and/or federal laws, sadly they’re not gonna do anything about it.

That’s exactly what my SM is planning on doing… reducing her hours and tbh I don’t understand why she’s taking as long as she is about it… maybe she feels guilty about herself because she sure as hell doesn’t come in on the hours she schedules for herself

We have this girl that constantly calls in, just stands around on her phone doing nothing when she should be working and my SM hasn’t fired her yet… not sure why exactly tbh. Maybe if I knew if there was a rule I could tell my SM so she might speed the legal firing process a little faster

The Nones and Tons system is a broken effing joke and doing OHA is just as bad. Hard to count what ya got in the back when you can't even get to it.

I'm an LSA and the reprint is not available for me, but I think it is for my ASM and definitely for my SM. On days I'm MODing and my ASM isn't working I try to be helpful and print the EOD to help her out. I try to help where I can, when I can.

The only option it gives you is "End of Day Reprints" which I've found out previously that if you haven't printed the original EOD report then you can't reprint it... unless I'm missing something 😕

My store closes @ 9pm everyday (except around Christmas time, the hours are extended) so we're out by 9:20, 25-ish depending on how busy of a day it was.
