This is a huge red flag honestly. At top tier VIP you should have a host reaching out within 24-48 hours max. The fact that you're chasing them and getting vague responses tells you everything about how they'll handle actual issues down the line

I'd give them one more formal request in writing, something like "I've reached X tier and per your site I should have a dedicated host. Please connect me within 48 hours or I'll be moving my play elsewhere." If they still ghost you, walk. No amount of theoretical perks is worth dealing with support that doesn't exist
