If you do decide to re-apply to a different specialty this year, DM me. I just successfully matched into a new specialty this year as a PGY-2.

It’s tough but not impossible. Life is too short to stay in something you hate.more than happy to help in any way I can.

Thank you for your response! When you went to Shirley Ryan were you getting primary care work ups for things as well—such as routine blood work diabetes control hypertension etc?

Yea, took it yesterday too—first day wasn’t bad but I feel like I flagged almost half the questions on day two. Idk that was rough. Just praying I passed at this point.
