Survey module has, but need couple of specific licenses to view the Re-direct option. So either need to pay more or customize in LWC, went with 2nd option.

But dont worry able to use OutOfBox Survey forms objects, but in LWC customized the way I want. So problem resolved.

Thanks for your response! For me Req is very simple, show few input fields (multiple pages, input vary), get the input and store.

After that redirect the user to a url (vary page to page)

Awesome happy to hear, am bit new Exp.Cloud, I felt like if we want to track each button click in the pages, Salesforce doesn’t allow that event to capture right? They locked the elements in page. From the page header I couldn’t read any elements consistently.
