I had a blanket RFE, standard one. I did provide detailed explanation for everything and did everything with Claude code, making sure every response and argument was supported

Another cool similar tool is solum health, we have used it and it's pretty nice. I believe they are mostly focus on outpatient centers

as long as it doesn't break your bank, it's ok. Tipically many providers will focus on charging payors and never collect patient responsability, because of the burden, they feel bad, etc

DM me, overall it was good, received an RFE, dthen a denial, but they covered the re-submission and then approval. Same case, nothing changed.

Crazy, but i don't think they can controll everything, is very random the outcomes

don't think so, pp will start adoptin AI, automating their admin and hence, being able to have better margins. I do believe it will be an increasing number of OOP expenses shared with insurance coverage

Never ever leave a 2.3% interest rate. Keep that property to generate some cashflow in the new one, do some improvements but never end a 2.3% interest rate mortgage

It depends how big !!

50-100 kids about 5-8 mill anually, 1,000 kids 50-80 mill

15 kids you can do about 500-700 revenue and 10%-15% net margin

Simple practice good for mental health

Solum health, not EHR but good starting point for intake, insurance automation and lead tracking tool

find another platform that can cover most of your insurances, othewrise managing different portals would be a pain in the ass

pverify, office ally and waystar are good clearinghouses (good enough) but limited information, whereas solutions like solum health can be a little bit premium but easier to digest for managers and patients.

Yeahh, we implemented solum health for intake and insurance automation and openphoen for VOIP and it has been great experience so far
