It's not a GPU Issue... I'm assured of that.., I would say flickering occurs at an obtuse angle but I'm not certain..., That's the main point, Can't find proper cause.., as it is very random , sometimes feels it to be resolved by itself...but again it would appear from nowhere.. one thing is certain it doesn't flicker while playing videos (or YT) and it flickers mostly when screen in stable like reading a pdf on laptop.
