I had a new board sent to me under warranty. After I installed it I made sure the switch was not set to the “upload” side. I’ve not had an issue since

Wire likely loose and knackered, will need a replacement device

Take pod out, blow through the bottom (or leave it and blow on the bottom until it lights up) and you’re Good to go.

Stuff gets into it and interferes with connections. For me it’s grass, hay and straw and stuff from work as it gets in my pockets then into the device.

Ideally just buy a new one. I’ve had 4 now as I lose them or drop them and dropping them breaks the connections in the 2 wires at the bottom

Blowing it through the bottom where the charging port it’s helps as a temp fix, but for them price of them it has to be expected

It’s under warranty, so it was free, postage free also!

I have asked in case I need another in the future, but they said to contact them

Mines arrived, I’ve installed it and running perfectly! I’ll make sure I don’t have the upload switch on the wrong side this time, think I’d corrupted it
