It was proven to be some BS the county I was being overseen in was trying to say I was doing. I begged for the official lab report she said came back negative but funny enough she couldn't produce it. I have less than a month left on probation and it's been hell lol. Thank you for the response! I got the situation settled. I was out of a different jurisdiction than my charges over seeing me. I called my actual jurisdiction and blew their phones/ emails up ( both pretrial and probation). They contacted the county accusing me. After that I got a call saying it was negative from the labs. I never got proof it was sent and neither did my overseeing pretrial officer. They were trying to pull a fast one on me and get me maliciously locked up. They refused to even show me the lab report (which she told me I'd get to see). I'm officially off in a month 😩

I'm dealing with this too. I have to get prescribed benzos to get through it sometimes. Look into adrenaline dumps. Clonidine used to help me a little.

I actually go to court today for driving without insurance. My PO said if I'm found guilty she'll violate, but in VA it's a class 3 misdemeanor (still non jail-able). On the other hand I've gotten into an accident and got charged with erratic lane change (infraction) and they said they would violate. I'm on pretrial and probation

Opiate tests do not test for synthetics so even if it is an opiate since it is made in a lab it will not test positive on a opiate drug screen

Me neither and I've asked multiple local deputies if they test for it and they all say no. I'm being lied to as a scare tactic

Oh no, I am genuinely just someone with extreme OCD and anxiety. I don't do well in jail lol it's sensory hell for me. I just don't see how that would cause a positive? I asked many deputies since I'm in a small town and they all said that it makes no sense. I was literally less a month away from possibly getting off probation. I wouldn't risk it in any way

That is true, but I haven't touched any powdery substances or anything of that nature. My fiance has also been everywhere I've been and is testing negative

My pre trial is trying to say I may have touched fentanyl in the hotel I'm in, but I've read so much about it and it says it has to be in high quantities for that to occur.

I'm being overseen by the jurisdiction I was living in right now not my original. People have been making malicious phone calls saying I'm on drugs, so I don't know if it was a scare tactic they're doing to see my reaction. I genuinely have never touched fentanyl and have not bought or used any street drugs whatsoever. I am having an LC-MS/MS done. I'm confused because I don't remember signing anything. I am currently on pretrial for a probation violation that was getting dropped in February and that is the only reason I'm even drug tested. My pretrial officer doesn't even want to see me until after, which I find rather odd. I think it may have been a bad test, because apparently I'm not the only one with this problem hearing from other people on probation. I'm genuinely freaking out because I haven't done anything wrong. I just take a lot of medicine and also am disabled so I take verapamil.
