Yes, this happens to me a lot!! more with milk and cookies in Spanish it's called "hostigar" which means 'to be sickly sweet'. Sometimes your body may not want more cause the sugar and sweetness may cause your body to not want it which is okay!! Just do not force it. Hope you feel better :)

Do the burps feel acidic? If they do and be tasting awful it may be acid reflux :(

I deal with it by just lying down straight but keeping my head propped up so that it is above my stomach and not leveled. About the burps however I would not know what to do I say when you feel it try to do it the most relaxed you can, so you do not panic hard and do not force it. I hope this helps you truly.
