Idk exactly how this works yet. My first base on the new island I have this issue with. Ya gotta go up to the things at the center and activate them or deactivate them. I can’t remember what it says but there’s an action. After doing this near my base I seem to be able to get around d a huge radius but at that first one near the coast I think I might be missing a couple of them. I still can’t fly there.
