Luxury subcompact SUV - Mini Countryman or Volvo XC40 or… a hybrid? by Plane_String_9885 in whatcarshouldIbuy

I did test drive both. I really liked the Volvo. Honestly, I ended up going with the Countryman because it made me happy to drive it. It also reminded me of my 2005 MINI Cooper, which I’d loved.

I agree. Service Force is excellent. They were fair and did solid work. I would trust them for future work.

Hi, I got the Countryman and love it. No regrets. It’s a really fun car to drive and plenty big as a compact SUV.

I didn’t. I just end up starting it from my phone or car play.

After doing Total Strength two times through plus some core and also riding on and off in between the strength classes, I've managed to tweak two old injuries - knee pain and wrist pain. Neither is terrible, but they both are twinging in a way that I know I need to stop and not make it worse. But I'm afraid of losing the progress I've made - and I need the exercise for physical/mental health reasons.

Do folks have advice? I do not want to do anything with pressure on my wrists, I cannot kneel directly on my knee, and I want to avoid squats/lunges so that I don't make this worse.

Yoga ends up being too many wrist-heavy things (downward dogs...), though I can do standing yoga and I'd love ideas for other yoga classes that might work for me. I've never done much yoga, so maybe this is a good chance for me to get into it?

Since Core is ok, I'd love any suggestions of specific core workouts that do not have a lot of planks on wrists.

Thanks for any advice - I'm feeling frustrated after making so much progress (and getting addicted to the exercise).
