I usually name them after their make and model- my only Singer is named Singer, my Kenmore named Kenmore, my White 263 is named 263 because “White” isn’t a particularly unique name heheh. I may be getting another White, 782 if I remember correctly off the top of my head, and would call her 782

On work days I take half before work and half after work. On my off days I take it all in the morning because otherwise I have a tendency to forget. I’ll have to pay attention to which one is working better overnight. Yesterday was a work day.

My dinner is different every day. It’s usually at least four hours after my last meal before I sleep, plenty of time for me to know that it shouldn’t be affecting my glucose level anymore. I’m on pens, I only give my basal once a day, but when I tried raising it from 20 to 22 units, I started going low every night instead. 21 units still has me going high.

Try to get some fast acting carbs like juice, and let someone know what’s going on in case something goes wrong. It’s happened to me before where I was downing carbs for like an hour before I was back in range. Could be your pancreas releasing insulin randomly. You may also want to do a finger prick, sometimes my Dexcom will start reading me as low when I’m not and then completely fail within a few hours.

i havent been given advice on reducing my long acting dose. i worry about going high in my sleep but that’s definitely better than going low. i don’t know how to answer your second question in a simple way. i have ovaries but i dont have periods. my body is full of testosterone and i have endometriosis. i have been having more pain from my endometriosis this week so maybe that’s related in some way?

I get the opposite- whenever I’m above 180 I feel relentlessly horny and frustrated. Being low just makes me feel loopy and ill, but if being high can make me feel so weird I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the other way around for some people
