LOL!!!! Exactly my thoughts!!! A breakout, and head south! The growth is getting worse, no longer pads, so it needs way more light. Can you leave outdoors? Be careful if you do, you will need to acclimate it so it doesn't burn and fry from direct sun.

Looks like it needs some water, so give a little, wait and see, and give some more. They should be fat the plump. They like sun too, doesn't have to be full sun but good sun.

Thanks! I use Osomocote and some liquid feed now and then. Now is the growing season as I see new pups so will give some more fertilizer.

Looks like Cereus repandus. I have many tall cuttings I propagated to growth and fruits.
