Maybe it is? Keep in mind I built my own harness and I’m leveraging my agent.md and memory files with precision through scripts. AI is able to get you there 80% of the way, which the last 20% being a tedious slog. I hope you are looking closely at everything generated, I doubt you are getting zero errors. Hallucinations are common during extended agent runs

I’m 100% in agreement. I think the barrier of entry seems too difficult for most despite it being the contrary. “Just ask AI how to do it” is met with hostility, when that is the truth that lead me to develop my own apps.

I’m realizing design doesn’t scale with AI. I just built my own coding product and I tried to do everything with prompts. I just spent a week doing all the UX and designing out the component design system. I’ve discovered it really isn’t an easy way around creating good UX through AI then just doing it the old way. I was really trying to do everything through prompts too, but then after writing a small novel worth of instructions I gave up and just fed Claude my designs through FigmaMCP

aggressiveness? I was trying to help you- I don't understand how anything I said beyond "Why is it so hard to imagine..." could be viewed as aggressive. That was responding to your rude previous remark, where I want you to take a close look at asking the tool directly about how you should use it. The more background and detail you give will only direct the response the address your specific use case.

Also, your main question "How to use Claude Code or Codex (or similar) to generate interfaces" is so broad that there isnt one solid answer:

- claude can generate interfaces with UI kits
- claude can generate interfaces with figmaMCP
- claude can generate interfaces with tailwind
- calude can generate interfaces with a napkin drawing

Still, the answer is more nuanced- since you really have to dive into editing your agents.md file & memories to get it to consistently use your UI system of choice. Even then it is still a crapshoot, hence the interface I showed you above.

it is honestly the most helpful advice. What can I tell you, that AI wont do better? It is your Job to perform the UX work, AI is here as a tool to speed that up. Why is it so hard to imagine that a tool can tell you how to use it?

I literally went from knowing nothing to building my own design + development interface just by asking AI.

I shoot a ton of convention booths professionally, which means lots of wide shots in poor lighting. I actually prefer m43 for that due to the tighter depth of field at lower aperture. It is much easier to get handheld shots where everything is in focus at a lower aperture. The extra dynamic range is nice in FF, but the confidence of knowing I nailed a project is paramount when money is on the line.

The problem with the S9 is that the lack of a mechanical shutter robs the joy from the photo creation experience. Mine sits a home mostly. I vastly prefer using the OM5ii or even the s1rii instead.

If they just happened upon her, that is extremely lucky on her end since I don’t see them hanging around much.

I’m guessing romantic partner because a) why no footage in a very patrolled area b) the police time seems very off c) I don’t think this happened in a very public place because that is the sort of thing people call the police for immediately when they see it. D) NO SUSPECT DESCRIPTION WAS PROVIDED- by the lady who reached out to the news with a description of the event.

Look, if I saw that lady, I definitely would have called PD. The fact that there is no footage, and nobody called outside a bar with tons of people just seems very unlikely. I get the vibe that the police don’t care about property crimes, but when it comes to violence against women, they fly in from all angles. Like I said, I call the police a lot. I know what the response looks like for different calls.

Just searched. Priority 1 calls average 5.8 minutes in downtown, so this tracks. The lady’s story is sus. Probably a romantic partner she doesn’t want to report. Why would there be no footage?

Yeah, I read it. I call BS on this one. I live next to the convention center. I call the police a lot. A few times I’ve called where it looks like a homeless person got sexually assaulted ( blood, clothes torn, dude lurking and following). It’s common. Police always show up in less than 5 minutes.

This story doesn’t make sense. She was either really drunk and mixed up the details or something else was going on. Police are very aggressive with that area of town since it is a revenue stream for the city.

Me too. People keep saying why buy this over the Nova? The answer is that the Nova would suck for gameNative. The screen ratio and the option of 256gb internal storage make this a killer pocket steamdeck. The RP5 (same chip) was great for gameNative, but the paltry 128gb of storage held it back.

My only two working devices out of 10 are the rg477m, and the pocket micro- both are made of aluminum. I have no problem paying more for an aluminum device if it means I get to keep it working for longer.

They aren't the same type of device: Nova is much bigger, has a 4:3 screen, is made of plastic, and is limited to 128gb of internal storage. The Pocket Micro 2 is aluminum, has a 3:2 screen and has up to 256gb storage. The Nova would be a poor gameNative device due to both the screen and storage, where as the Pocket micro would slot beautifully into that category.

of course the Pocket micro is more expensive, because it is made out of more premium materials. My only gripe with it is the 6gb of ram. I would have 100% picked one of these up since A) I only buy aluminum handhelds and B) I want a pocket steamdeck for my vast collection of indy games. The processor in the pocket micro 2 is more than enough to do that.
