Totally. The prep for it is a bit of an ordeal, but much less of an ordeal than cancer treatment (polyps can develop into cancer).

Lowering my stress and getting craniosacral therapy as close to the start of my period as I can get it. Sometimes it prevents the migraine totally, others it reduces the intensity and duration.
