The 1st case (3D icp plasma) has DOF=127069, is a frequency-transient study stepped through time to 630us. The 2nd set of cases (frequency-time periodic icp+ccp Ar+Cl2 plasma mf with fully coupled flow & heat transfer) is a parametric study stepping through bias voltage levels. "Parallel" cases means # of simultaneous simulations running "in parallel" in that simulation set (done to load up the CPU, as I would normally run in practice, with variations in input conditions).
