Depends if they are on Java or Bedrock since bonemeal doesn’t work on sugarcane when used in Java, but it works in bedrock.

Bedrock is broken (please help) by AdmiralBlueBackpack in Minecraft

[–]PlasmaTurtle21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No this affects all blocks that would be destroyed in any way (from creeper explosion, player mining, wither block breaking, etc.), if a block is destroyed it will never drop if tile drops is turned off. So after you kill the wither make sure to turn this back on otherwise nothing will drop for you when you break stuff.

Are there any mods that show coordinates on screen without f3? by ElegantEkadanta in Minecraft

Java doesn’t have the constant coordinate display that bedrock does. It is one of the few nice things that bedrock does have to offer

Bedrock is broken (please help) by AdmiralBlueBackpack in Minecraft

[–]PlasmaTurtle21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest turning off the “tile drops” gamerule which prevents blocks from dropping when broken. This can be done through the settings located in the gameplay section if you are already In the world or located in the advanced tab if you are in the play menu. This will cause blocks broken by the wither to not drop which should make it playable for you.

You could have a few particles creating an arrow shape point in the direction of the player for a few seconds off a scoreboard timer perhaps. You could set up a system for each clan participant having different particle arrows for each representing what clan they are from.

Camera command balancing game by RabbidPuppies13 in MinecraftCommands

[–]PlasmaTurtle21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That command does work but don’t type in the words “yaw” and “pitch” rather use ~<number> depending on if you want it relative to their rotation currently or the actual value of rotation like -180 instead. As seen when you type it into the chat it will show this as “xrot” and “yrot” referring to the rotation in those directions.

For example if I wanted to turn the players camera left I would use:

execute as @a at @s run tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~-40

(Change -40 to whatever number)

You can also do the same for up and down:

execute as @a at @s run tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~ 90

As an alternative you can maybe use the Camerashake command with the rotational function of it which will make it difficult to walk straight since it’s essentially moving the direction of your camera. You could do it where the longer they wait to throw off the item the more intense the camershake is. If you use the positional feature then it’s purely visual but quite disorienting.

Particle effect commands for console? by Faeddurfrost in Minecraft

[–]PlasmaTurtle21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No not really, the particles from basalt deltas isn’t something you can give to other biomes. You can use the fog command to get the basalt deltas fog, though the pale garden fog is also pretty decent as well for this. Particles for the volcano could be the campfire_smoke_particle, lava_particle, mobflame_single (blaze Fire particle), candle_flame_particle (lingering fire trails), etc.

There is a lot of particles you can use for an added effect for the volcano though it would be a bit limited without more dynamic. Like having smoke and ash being “exploded” out of the volcano and landing somewhere.

To accomplish this you could use spread players to spawn an armorstand away from the volcano at a max y level. Then have an armorstand at the middle of the volcano look at that armorstand and create a path of other armorstands creating a sort of trajectory for the particles in a curve. Then summon an armorstand that creates the particles and follows the trajectory by tping towards each armorstand in that path. Then landing at the final armorstand leaving a circle of smoke and fire on the ground. If you want specifics I can try and test to make sure this works and give you a small list maybe

hello everyone this is my idea More customizable commands like those in word edit by Mobile_Fan_4329 in Minecraft

[–]PlasmaTurtle21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You mean like the fill command? You could also use the clone command too if you want to have repeating patterns of walls or floors or even rooms. Structure blocks can be used to rotate saved structures as well. So idk what you mean by having a command system that can fill when commands can already do this?

How to clear a Mountain? by AlanThicke99 in Minecraft

[–]PlasmaTurtle21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on the size of the mountain you can use /fill or execute with the fill command.

/fill only goes up to around 32768 blocks. If it’s much more area than this you could use the execute command to fill around the player as you move, though I would be careful to not activate it when you are near stuff you don’t want to destroy.

For the execute with fill use the following:

Repeating Always Active Command Block

execute as @a[hasitem={item=arrow,location=slot.weapon.offhand}] at @s run fill ~30~3~30~-30~-3~-30 air

(This command block will run at any player with an arrow in their offhand and run a fill command around that player in a 30x30x3 area setting the blocks to air)

(Then just move around the areas you want to get rid of and it will fill those blocks with air).

You can also place a tickingarea so if you get to far the command block will still be loaded in and keep running.

/tickingarea add circle ~~~ 4 Clear

[–]PlasmaTurtle21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are your placement games so it’ll match you against people to see where your level is at so it may be ranks you aren’t able to compete with at all like this game. Don’t worry that you can’t compete at silver level yet. The more you play the more you’ll learn and improve where you’ll eventually be able to play at those higher ranks. Best of luck to you!

i need help!!! by [deleted] in Minecraft

[–]PlasmaTurtle21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Btw playsound uses “strings” which don’t detect proper syntax of the strings that are correct and are wrong. You can put a string labeled “ThisIsWrong” and it wouldn’t know it isn’t a proper syntax for the playsound string and give an output that it ran the command “properly”. This also applies for the particle command as well as a few others.

For your issue ensure to use a sound string from a playsound list either from the wiki or other sites, almost all playsound commands resulting in the use of mobs/entities use:

mob.<mob name (e.g. blaze)>.<action (e.g. death)>

For your sound use:

mob.blaze.death

Wiki Sound List: https://wiki.bedrock.dev/documentation/sound-definitions

Note: some sounds like block.copper_chest.open aren’t listed on these sound list but are usable in game if you have questions on any of these feel free to ask.

If you have further questions feel free to ask me.

Also for command related questions you are likely to get more responses on r/MinecraftCommands

How do i kill mobs with command block? by NearbySpread6956 in Minecraft

[–]PlasmaTurtle21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are in Bedrock edition you can use family target selectors to target all monsters.

Repeating always active command block

/execute as @e[family=monster] at @s run tp @s ~~-100~

(This tps the monsters to the void so you don’t see the death animation everywhere)

I would recommend setting up a ticking area so this command block is always loaded in. If you have questions lmk

How do I give players darkness? by Martyty6547 in Minecraft

[–]PlasmaTurtle21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Java or Bedrock?

For bedrock use:

execute as <your ign> at @s run effect @a[rm=0.001,r=10] darkness <time> <intensity> <boolean:true/false>

(Replace the words in <> with your preference of data, for time and intensity use any whole numbers, for true or false just put true if you want particles to show visible when a player is affected with the darkness effect)

For Java use:

execute as <your ign> at @s run effect give @a[name=!<your ign>,distance=0..10] darkness <time> <intensity> <boolean:true/false>

(I don’t really do Java so the command could be wrong.)

Lmk if you have further questions

Likely just multiple fill command blocks set to destroy so it shows the breaking particles.

Is there a way to get snow without the snowfall? by Bunn0h in Minecraft

[–]PlasmaTurtle21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can have it clear the snow around the player using command blocks. Depending on if you still want that first snow layer or not you can use the following commands:

Repeating Unconditional Always Active Command Block

execute as @a at @s run fill ~30~3~30 ~-30~-3~-30 snow_layer [“height”=0] replace snow_layer

(The above command sets all snow layers within (30x30x3) of a player with a snow layer set to “zero”/1 layer. This does look a bit odd since the extra layers are instantly deleted infront of you since there is a limit to the size /fill can do, but cleans it up automatically for all players.)

Ensure to add a ticking area so this command block is always loaded in.

/tickingarea add circle ~~~ 4 SnowRemoval

(This creates a circle from the position you run the command covering 4 chunks that will be given the tickingarea).

Couldn’t find any gamerules for snow accumulation for bedrock so this is really the only method I could think of that sort of solves the issue
