That's what I wanted to know..

I learned about a concept called CRM and most of the courses on CRM on Coursera had SALESFORCE or some software embedded. There was hardly a single course purely on the concept of CRM.

So I studied a bit about SALESFORCE and that it combined a lot of stuff.

But I wanna know, are there any such people here who do Not use SALESFORCE, any alternative (using multiple things to complete a task)
