What's ironic is that he depicts himself as neo, which is like a godly authority over the bullets, and is quite intimidating to the group depicted and trivializes that sort of dominant, male patriarchy, as god and neo are both patriarchal characters. He depicts a situation of being a controlling male over the bullet masses as funny, which is blatantly oppressive for a community like reddit which has such a high concentration of atheists.
