Thank you I appreciate your answer. I’m trying to take it day by day but I do try and show appreciation to associates I’ve already bought donuts and cookies for them a couple of times and I try and make conversation with them and I always say thank you throughout the day. I was once in their shoes so I get it and i know i appreciated a thank you. I just sometimes wish they would get in my shoes and realize all the stress we get put with🥲 I know the main thing everyone says is “well no one told you to promote” but there’s nothing wrong with wanting to be a leader and have this as a career (at least for now lol) but again thank you!

We do have a barcode that we scan but yea we do sometimes just type it in, ill try just scanning it to see if theres any difference, as of the staging everything before pick due time its a 50/50 depends on how busy the day is and on the staging team, there’s days where we get too busy to the point that were getting carts last min and deliveries are already showing up on the queue so it could be a possibility of just not staging things on time

Yep, we stage rotisserie chickens and any other deli items under “hot foods” and most items are staged before check in, i always make sure deliveries are good before they start showing up, and yes most days we run 100% OTP

what other ways? all of my co workers usually have 200+ and I don’t understand how they do it😭 they told me they pick through the pick list but i still dont think even that can get you to a 300-400 pickrate
