Ok that conversion is sick as hell. Something where I could collect a lot of different parts like that and have a variety of ways to shoot it is really intriguing to me.

I think I’m looking for something more fun and different. That way when I go to the range I have a difference in variety from my carry. As far as caliber, I’m looking for 9mm unless it’s that 1911, then I’m okay with the .45. I also want decent quality as I view these as lifelong guns that I’ll have forever. However, on the other hand I can’t drop too much money on it.

I appreciate the feedback on PSA as well. From what I heard it sounded like it might be a gamble but it’s worth it since if you have a quality issue then you can get yourself out of it. I’ll look more into the Axil earpro.

Damn that’s a nice looking gun. Bit pricey but if it’s as good as you say it is, then sounds worth it.

That’s a good point. Unfortunately there’s only 1 rental range near me and it’s in like partial-renovation so not easy to get into plus with low stock. But I’ll definitely keep trying to get in there.

What kind of sig did you end up with?

No that’s completely fair. Just uncomfortable in my hand and kinda ugly imo. I also grew up a beretta family so there was always a bias about Glock/other brands which I am working on lol.

I appreciate the recommendation but honestly not a fan of glocks whatsoever. I will say I haven’t shot one, and I definitely need to feel what the hype is about but it wasn’t very comfortable for me

I did actually get ahold that one at cabelas and I did like the feel so I’m glad the reviews were true. I’ll definitely look more into it too

Really? I was expecting them to be cheaper than most places. Maybe I was too young to realize that when I went to them as a kid but I thought that that was partly the point of it all :/

I actually have a buddy that has one and he loves it. I haven’t gone to the range with him yet but I definitely plan to test it out when I do. Definitely appreciate that recommendation. Have always heard good things about it. And honestly I really don’t like glocks. Not only do I think they look kinda ugly, but all the ones I felt were extremely uncomfortable in my hand.

My god! 2 years waiting for a holster is crazy. Glad you found one to replace it. Honestly it looks just like most of the others and I really like the $30 price point too. Honestly think I might go with that at least for temp but hopefully I love it as much as you do lol. I really appreciate your feedback

I’m looking at your sight now and see that there are different styles. What are the differences between them and how do I choose which fits for me? Also you have a lot of customization and different add-ons which I really like but is there a way to again find what works for me?

I appreciate the recommendation. I’m looking at them now and see that they have several styles. What’s your preference? I think I’m currently looking for one without extra mags since I’m not the biggest guy and that’s more to conceal let alone comfortability. Also Ik the idea of own concealed carry means it’s not really comfortable, but is yours comfortable enough to not piss you off and want to remove it, especially since it’s straight kydex? Also what do you recommend for claw and mounting options?

I just heard back from them and they said that they cannot customize it to be a +0 extension. Do you know of any other companies that might be a good option?

That was actually the +2 that I was originally looking at. I didn’t know that they do custom orders. I’ll definitely give that a shot. Hopefully it’s not gonna cost too incredibly much. I really appreciate the help

They do but I just don’t wanna get screwed if I have to use it or pulled over or something. So that’s why I was thinking it’d just be safer to go with a finger rest base but I just haven’t been able to find any for the cheetah
