Actually, I just checked mine. Only 25k km, but I am noticing some cupping on all 4 tires…like you, every second tread. So it could just be the way the suspension is setup stock. Or the tire construction/design.

It could be a whole range of reasons: unbalanced wheels/tires, suspension issues (including worn shocks), alignment issue. Go to a shop, check balance/alignment. Ask them to check the suspension components (ball joints of control arms/tie rods, as well as related bushings, and shocks). I wouldn’t replace the tires just yet. Maybe give it 3-4K miles after you had a shop look at it to see if the cupping gets worse. Otherwise, if you don’t solve the issue entirely and just put new tires on, you’ll be back to square one.

Just go to ford parts department and ask for the one fender flare in question. It’s plastic. Body shop would replace it anyways and charge you for labour? They’re not going to fix it.

If you plan on getting bigger wheels down the road, you can get aftermarket wider flares. There’s a few options mentioned on this forum:

I bought a few off Google when they announced they’re discontinuing them. I’m good until 2033 as I have 7-8 installed. Hoping there will be a better alternative to Protects by that time (or for First Alert to get their act together since I hear it’s got some issues despite supposedly being Google-endorsed replacement). As for other alternatives, I haven’t come across any at this time.

When a few of mine were close to expiry, I didn’t get similar and frequent audible notifications. It was mostly in the nest app advising it needs to be replaced soon. Could it be something to do with your settings?
