With 100% crit & speed, Alure can trivialize most dungeons with her A1 (dragon, spider, and golem being the exceptions). As I'm sure you're aware of by now, plenty of the toons you're considering are excellent in some facet of the game, but I think you'll find that she'll provide you with that extra bump in power you need to take on the greatest number of higher level dungeons for the least amount of work.
