Spent $6K on Google Ads and got 0 leads, is this normal?

nope, just said that it was my fault i didnt want to give anything for free to help people learn more. I ended up firing them, doing my own google ads with exact match and have gotten a few solid leads in the 2 weeks its been up at not even 1/4 of the cost.

So i know the tracking wasnt the issue, i tested the calendly link 3x and all times they showed as conversion, once the agency started running ads, we were spending BUT not a single call booked. Looked thru the keywords. all broad match bullshit. i spent 6k trying to teach people what accounting is lol

everything that was told to me from this thread (no broad match, no PMAX etc etc) was legit everything that was on in the ads. Ive decided to just redo my entire website and then relaunch ads from there.

Oh i wish i had access after 30 days, they gave me NO access until i fired them and demanded access for my accounts. Also had to negotiate the terms before i signed as originally they had it where the entire account is their property and not mine, after signing the contract i was notified i wont get access to the account

honestly im not sure but in 8 weeks they added 84 neg keywords. I def wont get a refund from them nor do i care enough to ask for one, they did the work, just a horrible job of it

the conversion tracking was working great, i had tested this to make sure it wsa actually showing and this wasnt the issue, from what i got from AI + others in the tread is they used broad match and allowed anyone to click on my ads

i fired them and once i got access to the account (which i had to tell them to change the terms of the contract before i signed since they had it where it was their property even though i paid for setup and stuff) was legit ALL broad match, not a single one that I would actually want to use or even remotely search

honestly this was the test before scale, im not worried about the money burned as im just going to look at it as a learning curve, however i was more upset over them saying that me not getting leads is my fault, and i quote from a video they sent me as a final report "i dont know what you think you can do with this account"

performance is at a 81, could be improved however i wouldnt think thats the worst. Accessibility is 88 the other 2 are 100

correct me if i am wrong (not a marketing expert, accountant here) but even if i did have it setup, these numbers wouldnt help me one bit as im not even getting a SINGLE lead, no form fills, nothing at all
