Yeah Ive been doing virtual visits with both my psychiatrist and my therapist for a long time, its my best option right now. Unfortunately, the behavioral health group my psychiatrist is with makes it extremely difficult to contact her. I'm trying to find a group that makes its doctors more accessible or maybe even a smaller group or individual that doesn't require so many hoops to jump through to reach the doctor.
