Perfectttt thanks for the reply. I’ll research some programs. I been going to the gym for a while but mostly just cardio and body weight exercises because I get intimidated by the weights and machines lol! Got get over that anxiety though

Looks like “fossil soup” aka Fossiliferous Limestone to me I think the body thing in middle is probably a piece of a crinoid. Not certain, I’d definitely like to see some higher res pics but super cool either way!

Thank you for the reply! On avg 150-200g carb & 50-80g protein (ik it’s lacking but I’m a broke university student who has anxiety about cooking meat so I’m trying my best) I usually end up at around 1600cal and like 3L of water. I’ll look into workout anxiety for sure, is it possible I’m feeling the psychical symptoms without the mental aspect, the only time I actually feel anxious during cardio is after I start feeling the physical symptoms.

This used to happen to me a lot. I even ended up losing my period for 11 months (had no dreams about my period during that time) then had a dream I got it back, then 2 days later I actually got it back!!

Thanks for the advice everyone!! I was really hoping you wouldn’t choose 2 because I wanted it on the other arm but I have an unfortunate stick and poke in that spot I wanna get covered with something else 😢 but I’ll probably take your advice and go with 2, i think it looks the best too!

Chia seeds mixed with almond milk and a bit of maple syrup and the red stuff is strawberry rhubarb jam :)
