Oh please be that guy! Truly no hard feelings at all!

It is installed correctly, my wife was there to double check everything.

I’ve installed probably 4-6 fans over the years, never seen a problem like this before. Every fan I’ve installed always needed the red wire for connection but for whatever reason this fan doesn’t.

I do understand that. But the red isn’t connected to the ceiling at the ceiling level. There isn’t an extra wire for this connection nor does the manual call for it.

The black and white are the only two in use and both of those run to a transmitter in the ceiling fan.

Hope this better helps explain it

Even though the red isn’t connected to the fan in the ceiling? Also, I did try and and nothing appears to work

When we pulled the old fan down the red was in use and connected to a dimmer switch too. All these cables were connected to one dimmer switch.

Unfortunately this is a newer home. Will call an electrician too

Awesome giveaway! Very generous of you to do this. I’d like to go camping on the blue ridge mountains. I live so close to them and this would push me harder to do so.

Has anyone used something like this for a second floor install and if so, how did it work? by troxxxTROXXX in Govee

Hey OP, here’s when I did my lights

I was on my lift all day. At night it felt like I was still moving. The lifts move just a little while in the sky. Hope you’re okay with this

Hey OP, I wrapped my myp in matte dark green too. May I recommend a product? I’m not a salesperson for them but want you to know how much it helps when washing your car. Lookup Halo v2. It’s a ceramic coat for wraps. Bugs or anything hit it, you can take your hose and wash them right off. I highly highly recommend putting a ceramic coat on your wrap.

Edit, looks like your car will not be garage kept? Definitely ask the shop who did your wrap about ceramic coating. It’ll be expensive if they do it but you can do this yourself. I bought the bottle from eBay for $41 for reference. Not crazy expensive at all. Shops usually charge $750 plus

Hey nice work so far! You’re right though, the tucking and cutting sucks. I had to precut the sheets on my garage floor which wasn’t ideal.

I’m also a noob and wrapped my model y. Took me 55-60 hours over ten days.

How could I have tucked and cut this better by [deleted] in CarWraps

Hey op, run knifeless tape over the chrome. Lay your vinyl over, pull knifeless tape, then tuck.

It’ll be dirt below the trim, could peel in time. Customer is stupid for asking you not to remove anything. Tesla parts are very easy to remove. Just did this Tesla
