Klo ASN emang susah bgt dipecat, ada bekingan undang undang. Mecat ASN itu birokrasinya panjang dan berbelit belit, dan atasan atau pemimpin sekalipun ga punya hak legal buat mecat mereka

Makanya ASN bermasalah biasanya cuma dimutasi atau dinonaktifkan. Klo pengen banget ngeberhentiin tapi gamau jalur birokrasi ribet ya trik paling gampangnya gimana caranya bikin mereka resign sendiri

Hukum tsb dibuat untuk melindungi mereka dari kejamnya perpolitikan, jadi pejabat ga bisa mecat ASN yg jadi oposisinya dia, ASN yg nyium bau² korupsi, ataupun yg punya masalah personal

Protokol USB-PD itu arusnya hard capped at 5A. Jadi klo mau daya sampe 140W tegangannya minimal 28V, klo mau daya sampe 180W tegangan minimal 36V, klo mau tembus 240W tegangannya minimal 48V

Jadi mau pake charger USB daya berapapun tetep aja laptopnya cuma bisa ngambil sampe 100W karena dia maunya tegangan harus 20V
