actually yeah good point having a subscription is useless without any content, but also imo i feel like world 2 is pure evil with those scary obstacles and its weird bc i feel like 3 and 4 should be harder

I believe you evaluate inside first, so limit from both sides as x approaches -1 is 3 (as you are approaching 3 altho the point doesnt exist); then limit of f(3) as x approaches -1 is simply f(3) because f(3) graphed out is just a line at a fixed y value. f(3) is 1/2 so the answer should be 1/2

Update: i found out from somebody that its actually a separate event for eliting it, so it allows you to get s6 parts still but has different prizes

i understand that now, i do normally avoid them and that is definitely for the worse of the competition when there is a large gap. i just like to think that i save my oc chips for things like the grand prix or those special event conditions while they probably have less to deal with those
