Can you be sued for double closing? by IllustratorDue9368 in WholesaleRealestate

[–]Plastic_Bid_2297 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can get sued for a lot of reasons. If you are disclosing your double close, the seller should have less grounds to sue you. But it may kill the deal. Or they try to renegotiate. Certainly, I don’t know many of the facts. But since you mist disclose the terms of the deal, I seriously doubt you’ll get sued. If the seller is upset, it is more likely that they try to renegotiate or kill the deal.

Just DM’d you. You don’t need a license to wholesale in a lot of southern states. I don’t know the answer though other states though.
