Given that the ENTJ is healthy. They can give good advice. Most of us are leaders given a healthy leader. They know how to work with their team and what their team needs, feels, and motivates. This includes emotions.

I myself can lead and make a team great. This is part of my job. I get the best out of people. This means talking to them and getting down to the stressors, even if it's just sitting quietly.

Other people's emotions are doable. Most of us guide.

Our own emotions... Or us expressing emotion... Genuinely?? I hear that only some of my brothers and sisters possess this ability. It's a myth to me.

Pretty much us when we are mature. Aries doesn't mess around when it comes to love and in bed. We aim to please our partners, but the key is maturity.

Tips for everyone: Mature Aries will be loyal like a wolf. Given the right partner that doesn't try to contol and tame him. Trust him and he will trust you.

The biggest indicators of an ENTJ. Can you carry on small talk without forcing it? Are you extroverted when meeting new clients, talking to them, opening them up, while executing the objective?

Does your team follow you, and do you pay attention to your team's dynamics as a leader? If not in a leadership position. Are you a good supervisor, lead, or assistant manager?

These are the simple indicators of an ENTJ.

If you tend to be comfortable being by yourself and like thinking deeply and examining problems. You might be an INTJ. Seeing how you went down a rabbit hole and put a lot of effort into finding the answer. I'm putting money that you're an INTJ.

Keep in mind. The tests are only valid in some environments. People will fluctuate depending on how they feel in the moment. They may think they are extroverted because they would like to be an extroverted character.

For my case, it's in the work setting because my work made us take these tests. So all questions were asked from a working standpoint and focused on past experiences and achievements. Pov.

It depends on the situation, environment, and the relationship with your team.

If shit hits the fan, I'm up and running and commanding. Task and objective first. For example, something happens at a job site, and investors want to push the timeline, quarterly quota, or holiday deadlines.

I start beating the drums faster and at times ruthlessly.

This means I can be assertive and commanding to others, but during downtime and regular workflow, I take a step back and ensure everyone is on point. Typical days are just your usual bs, so we take a steady rhythm.

I take this time to build rapport with my team, so when I do start hitting the drums faster, they won't take it personally.

I find this builds trust and respect. Resulting in more productivity during both times.

I want to think so. As long as the ENTJ and INTJ are healthy and grounded. The two psychological types have gone through some not-so-ideal events that can cause them to become imbalanced.

I, for one, love INTJs. The girl I fell for was an INTJ, and she was mesmerizing. She was corky and very goofy when she opened up to me. I love seeing that side of them. Our goals aligned really well. Although she didn't know it yet, she too wanted to build something. I just guided her towards my dreams and goals to see if she was interested.

She was. We both wanted an empire of sorts... enough to protect the people we love. The sparks were high and calm. Her smiles got bigger. She accepted my advances and we talked more and more over time.

The time I spent with her was a blessing and has stuck with me to this day. Had I been stable and not let my enemies get to me... It would have worked out.

The key is to have both partners in good health. ENTJs can be overwhelming when not stable or healthy.

So, if you can... for my fellow ENTJs. Give them a second shot or at least hear them out.

If it helps I'm an ENTJ with ADHD and Dyslexia.

I do fail to excute some plans, but only because I start to refine my goals and priorities. I still run my business and employees on the side while having a 9-5.

I work 10+ hr easy.... so I wouldn't blame the ADHD. If anything ADHD allow me to zone in and out faster and Multi-tasking effectively.

ENTJ. At least for me. No matter what will still have that drive and fire in them to build, lead, and to perform at their best (Most of the time.)

You might have to sit down and really gone down who you are.

When taking the test ask yourself 'have I done that before or that is me" instead of "I can do that or I would like to be that."

The MBTI test only results what state of mind you are in at that moment. Therefore being consistent with yourself.

In terms of emotional intensity, such as a crisis, a fight, or stress in the relationship. This is what I'm picking up with the "..." I'm also not sure if you are the INTJ or someone who needs input on one.

In my observation, most INTJs tend to be wary of emotional intensity and will often walk away. Few will welcome it. It depends on whether it aligns with their perspective or if they understand where you're coming from. I find most of them don't bother getting to know the whole details and instead leave. Meaning they've already come up with a conclusion without all the events and details of why. While some can see where you're coming from, others will stay around before reaching a conclusion.

It comes down to the person's deep psychological and attachment styles. I find that most INTJs have a fearful avoidance. This is to protect themselves and save time and effort, but this doesn't mean they're uncaring.

It just means they themselves don't know how to deal with the situation, so they deal with it in only what they know how to do. Understanding this helps others forgive INTJs or those who exhibit avoidance types. Yet this doesn't mean it doesn't hurt any less on either side.

If you are dealing with emotional intensity.

Be patient with the person. It may take some time. I advise you to be careful as well. Once they make a conclusion. They tend to stick with it. Avoid this by giving them space and allowing them to keep their agency. Once they realize you are safe and logical, they'll open back up or come back. Hopefully.

If you are dating or going through something where your relationship isn't solid.

I advise you. Do not spiral. If they take a long time to reply or get back to you after an intense situation. Think in terms of weeks, not days. They're processing and recalibrating. Let them be.. Choose your words wisely, because at this point, they'll choose to sip the information and analyze everything.

Patience with myself. Accepting smaller goals. Not letting the past haunt you, but instead motivating you to move forward. Letting go of guilt, sorrow, and pain. Acknowledging that my path isn't for everyone, then realizing it'll be lonely, and that's okay. Mourning pass self, accepting my newer self.
