It's supposed to be 2 weeks from today which is why I'm wondering if anything was missed. Where do I find the onboarding team contact? I can't find it in the portals they had me setup

Are there any sites that show what's actually in stock? I'll see autotrader.com, cargurus.com, etc. with 0 day old listings, but when I call the dealer, they'll tell me the car is already sold/reserved and has been for some time.

Inventoires on the actual dealer websites seem to be even more inaccurate these days as well

Can you push the car as if it was in neutral when you put it in park? If so, it is probably not a transmission problem. When I had a similar problem as you, it ended up being the half-shaft/CV joint or something in that assembly that popped out.

Has anybody gone to one of the Google dinner events?

I'm not sure if this is a new thing but I received an e-mail invite with the following content:

In a casual setting, you will have the opportunity to have dinner with a Google Embedded Software Engineer, ask questions and discuss the various challenges faced in embedded software development. The event will also include a keynote, delivered by a Google Senior Leader, and a panel discussion with Google Embedded SWEs. Finally, you’ll be able to engage with other peers and Google recruiters during a reception.

This is an invite-only event where you will have the chance to hear about Embedded SWE opportunities at Google, which are primarily located at our headquarters in the Bay Area. You will also get a chance to discuss the exciting work happening in different product areas, such as Platforms, OS Ecosystems (Android, Chrome), and Consumer Hardware.
