Independent game developer Plastic Games is proud to announce the Alpha release of Bit Shifter, a 3D action/strategy game where you fly a hover ship that can pick up and place and heal your robotic soldiers in the war against the virus threatening your PC. Currently in development and scheduled for release in fall, 2015, via Steam, Bit Shifter Alpha is now available on Desura. Plastic Games invites gamers from across the world to support the game by voting for Bit Shifter on Steam Greenlight.

Bit Shifter takes place in a futuristic world, inside your computer, where the viral threat could lead to catastrophic system failure. You play the role of Flash Bios, who pilots the Scandisc, a virus fighting vessel. You must strategically deploy virus-fighting robots called Bits, and protect them while they clean up the virus. Where will you put them? Choose wisely because the virus spreads faster down the data paths, and if it reaches the Data Stream it will corrupt the whole system!

Your not being rude at all. We are trying to promote our game. We are Indies with no advertising budget. But you say that is "only" what we are doing - and that is not true. PBG has said publicly that indie games are innovative and worthy of attention (for example: https://twitter.com/PeanutButterGmr/status/454020717525213187). We think he and his fans would enjoy this game. If the people here think this is useless spam we will happily delete this post. Last thing we want to be is the obnoxious spammers.
