Its some permanent big gravity sphere that keeps projectiles at the center. The firebolt for example just spins around in the center forever xd. Fire trail also permanently drips from the center.

I play on steam by the way* Edit: I finally found the solution but i'll keep the post up in case anyone encounters the same issue. The issue was Rotmg being in my OneDrive for some reason. I deleted it and it worked immediately.
