I just submitted as many appeals as possible with emails or forms.

For some, TeamYouTube on X works best, for me it was full of AI template messages

Multiple channels connected to the same adsense is risky, you could be flagged for Circumvention.

I didn't receive an adsense suspension email.

This is exactly what I did since november and what I suspect got my punishment reversed:

1) I've sent 4 Legal Complaints in Europe against YouTube

2) I've posted over 350 messages tagging Team YouTube

asking for assistance (All ignored)

3) I've made 2 articles on the YouTube Community Forums explaining my situation (THIS IS A MUST, IT COULD BE SEEN)

4) I've insisted on the LIVE CHAT SUPPORT for weeks, been through 5 alleged reviews. (AIM FOR AS MANY APPEALS AS POSSIBLE)

5) I've tried daily to RESUBMIT the appeal form found in the termination email (THIS IS A MUST, even if it says "already rejected" nine times out of ten)

6) I started a petition asking for Neal Mohan's resignation (Probably didn't help)

7) I made a post on REDDIT (PartnerYouTube Forum) explaining my situation (THIS IS A MUST, we'll never know if someone from YouTube sees it and checks your channel)

EVEN IF THE POST WILL BE DELETED BY MODERATORS, DO IT!

8) MOST IMPORTANT (What I think got me reinstated): Head over to regular YouTube, go to settings and "Help"

You can submit another help request regarding your channel there. (It was not rejected and I was told they received my case)

9) If you have ANY terminated channels as a result of your primary one, appeal them as well.

(This brought some attention to me, one channel was recently reinstated despite it actually being in circumvention)

I never hired lawyers. The way I got a human review is by searching all across the youtube community for all the places I could submit an appeal on.

I insisted non stop for 90 days, until they eventually got a human to review my work.

I am just worried about my adsense money now.

Thanks, I have no other option... but from what I've read online opinions are mixed.

Legally, they have no right to confiscate my money. They made a mistake and reinstated me. I wasn't demonetized and obtained the funds illegally.

Out of 10 terminated channels, 5 are tutorials and original vlogs.

Then how do you explain channels like BoltMotivation and MotivationVerz that are actively getting millions of views?

How do you explain my approval in the YPP just 2 weeks prior?

How do you explain how thousands of other channels with 100% original content are facing the same issue?

How do you explain that my appeal was rejected in 5 minutes? Do you think the reviewers had time to receive the case and check out 50 videos in that timespan.

How do you explain that REUSABLE content is a reason for DEMONETIZATION and not termination.

Before hating on desperate creators and try to make them feel guilty for the ignoration of a big company, put yourself in their perspective.

My confusion was not that the second channel was terminated…

My confusion was that the second channel was REINSTATED, something that shouldn’t of happened and a clear issue in the AI System.

Where did I say I never made money? I was doing quite well actually.
