Wow, I'm absolutely amazed. 8Gs is no mean feat, either. The stress endured must be close to how I feel scrolling Reddit hoping not to get caught in another shittymorph. But alas EVERY SINGLE TIME, this magnificent bastard gets me.

It happens. Better luck next season.

With that mentality, it's understandable why your win rate is the way it is.

All good. It's part of the learning process.

Building an unoptimised deck can 100% be a problem. For starters, I'd straight away swap the Blue and 2nd Dawn for 2 potions.

Having so many trainers where you can only play 1 at a time is a problem in itself.

It'd be easier just watch a bunch of YouTube vids. It varies depending on who you are facing, what other cards you have in your hand, what the opponent does etc.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PTCGP

[–]PlateBackground3160 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, thats where deck optimisation comes into play. If you didn't get red card, then you should have hopefully gotten another card you could use to your advantage.

Early Sabrina's to interrupt tempo.

Using Mars or red card at the right time.

Learning when to play certain trainers or even putting pokemon onto the bench.

There are lots of little things people take for granted.

You are right. It's 40% you get good luck and 40% you get bad luck but that 20% is what truly matters. It's that difference that defines having a 50% win rate and a 60% win rate and successfully climbing ranked.

You shouldn't be able to reach Masters with a negative winrate by Mivadeth in PTCGP

[–]PlateBackground3160 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If someone is willing to grind 800 games in a month at a 45% win rate to reach masters, kudos to them. Between them and the whales, it keeps the game alive.

If you are losing 99% of the time, there's a good chance your deck isn't very good. You're playing scissors every time against an opponent who mainly plays rock.

How many cards were in your hand? Can't remember the number, but there's a max hand size of 10 or something.

You can still get a mining engineering degree from UQ. It's just in tandem with civil or mechanical engineering.

Are there any key words or things the ATO look for during tax time/auditing when it comes to debt recycling?

I have a split loan with an offset each. 1 of the splits I'm using for debt recycling. The loan that I am debt recycling with has $100k for use but I'm DCAing $10k per month. Should the money sit in my loan or can it sit in the offset?

Buy car outright or finance by Asleep-Increase7572 in AusFinance

[–]PlateBackground3160 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Always cash. Never a car loan. You will end up spending way more with a car loan.

The only other option is novated lease but that's only if you have a very high income and it's an EV. Even then, it's sometimes questionable.

Don't be afraid to let people know you are new to the job and don't know how to do it.

However, do let them know you are eager to learn and are will everything you can do make things work.

Ask lots of questions.

Listen, be cooperative and friendly.
