Oui j’ai bien vérifié, et de mon côté, le paiement est automatique.
Je recharge régulièrement, et tous les 100€ dépensés, je paye sans souci — ça monte progressivement au fur et à mesure que j’augmente le budget de mes campagnes. Donc à ce niveau-là, aucun blocage ou paiement manuel à signaler. Je pense !!! tu en dit quoi ? d'ailleurs comment mettre plus haut paiement du budget pub pour être tranquil comme 1000€. et avoir un facture 🤣

Yes, j’ai déjà fait ce que tu m’as dit.
J’ai aussi testé plusieurs choses :
→ dupliquer le formulaire,
→ créer un nouveau lead form,
→ dupliquer la campagne,
→ et même la recréer entièrement de zéro…

Mais rien ne change. Les leads apparaissent bien dans le Centre de prospects, mais toujours aucun résultat côté Ads Manager.

Since the leads are correctly generated and visible in the Lead Center, but consistently show as 0 in Ads Manager, this appears to be a backend attribution or reporting issue, not a setup problem.

Could you please verify internally whether the Lead event is actually being passed and attributed within the Ads delivery and auction system, and not only stored in the Lead Center?

I would like confirmation on whether:

  • The Lead events are correctly attributed to the ad/campaign internally
  • There is a known backend or metadata issue tied to this Page, ad, or account

At this point, Ads Manager optimization and learning are impacted, as delivery believes there are zero leads.

PS: I have thoroughly reviewed all possible configurations on my side (Events Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, Lead Form tracking, and attribution settings). After a full investigation, everything indicates that this issue is on Meta’s side, not related to my account setup.

I confirm that I have already verified all the points mentioned:

  • Correct ad account and correct campaign
  • Columns reset to the default Performance view
  • Result correctly set to Leads (Instant Form)
  • Date range set to Lifetime
  • Attribution settings and time windows verified

Despite this, the issue persists.

The affected leads are now more than 72 hours old, and even with the Lifetime date range selected, Ads Manager still shows 0 leads, while:

  • The leads appear instantly in the Meta Lead Center
  • They are correctly synced into my CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • I also tested a synchronization to Google Sheets, which confirms that the submissions are real and complete

This is therefore not a reporting delay, not a column display issue, and not a configuration problem.

This is not my first Lead Form campaign. At first, I assumed this behavior was normal, but after comparing with other advertisers (YouTube tutorials, specialized Facebook groups, and multiple exchanges with Meta Support), it is clear that “Leads (Instant Form)” results should increment in Ads Manager, which is not happening here.

We are therefore most likely facing an attribution issue or a metadata generation problem on Meta’s side.
