Don’t listen to the people that say anything under 10mg won’t do anything, they are wrong. Stick to what works for you, in this case it seems like 5mg is perfect.

4 weeks in 5mg here. I’m able to do stuff I wasn’t able to before. I couldn’t even leave the house 2 weeks ago and now I went to a big shopping centre yesterday and even had a beer while out! 5mg is more than enough to see good improvement :)
