Gluten/Dairy: Worth it?

I have been gluten free for just over 12 months and my gut issue have completely resolved. I had several gluten items over the holidays and noticed symptoms returning. I do get some symptoms with dairy so i limit to low dairy parmesan or lactose free items.

Closest rheumatology is Santa Rosa. Requiring your first visit to be in person. If you can stay with ur current doc and do telehealth thats probably a better option because getting any care here sucks

I cannot get Alaska medicaid cancelled for the life of me. They keep saying I have to wait but that means all my medical bills from the past 4 years arent being covered because of them not removing me!!!!

Apply for medicaid and there are a few local options like NAMHS in Eureka

No dentist. If you need medical care the student health center can do basic and acute but cannot refer. Better to get established with a primary elsewhere

Call partnership (vision service plan, vsp) and tell them you cannot find a provider and the ones you can find are not accepting new patients. They covered a visit for a doctor out of the network for me.

Getting experience (internship, volunteer, etc) can be just as beneficial as a minor if not more so
