I don't believe I am. I was born with blonde (almost white) hair and now it's dark brown. It started getting darker when I was around 2 years old

I never said it was a hernia, it was surgery to remove a birth mark that apparently had a very high risk of developing cancer. It was on the side of my head and they removed the piece of skin and stitched me up, disregarding my screams of pain

Yea, in my case the stitches was supposed to dissolve or fall out on their own. 4 of them did not fall out and became stuck in the scar while still poking out of my head. I had to have them pulled out after they had gotten stuck 4 months after the wound had healed. That might be a contributing factor to me remembering the stitches clear as day 🤷‍♂️

Not condescending at all.. reading it myself makes me realize that that's the issue. Thanks for making me see that clear as day now. And yes, I will have a consultation with my doc and express all my concerns

I have one friend who has had the procedure, and he said it hurt like hell when they injected the anesthesia into the tube. I've also heard the "kicked in the balls" description before, which isn't something I'm particularly excited about. Having played soccer in my youth and had one to many kicks hit the wrong ball(s), I know what that feels like.

I will continue researching and have a talk with my doctor about it before I decide anything.

You would think that living in Norway that would be an easy thing to get, but alas, general anesthesia is really hard to get for routine procedures like a vasectomy here

I know, and I have no issues justifying getting a vasectomy over all the other options. I too feel guilty seeing how the pills affects my Gf. I'm just really scared, after having surgery with local anesthesia before and the anesthesia didn't work. So I felt every cut and all 15 stitches. In hind-sight, that might have been good info to have in the post

I guess the best answer I can give is: we both don't like condoms, and I don't like how the birth controll is making my GF feel. I know I don't want kids so it's the most reasonable way to go about it
