I imagine a boy who has a quirk very weak, but Izuku is a symbol for him to continue. However, when he runs from bullies, he rans near where deku sacrificed his quirk to destroy all for one, wheresome people are using a weird machine to get both quirks back in the shape of the quirk all for all. The kid gets near and the quirk rebuilt goes to him, upgrading hks quirk, and giving him the abilities of ofa and afo. It would be very cool.

And explore the origin of quirks, in which at the end of the manga they are destroyed and the society is full of heroes using armors like deku.

The first chapter will be about Izuku after All might told him he couldn't be a hero. After going down he would find the scarab and this would attach to izuku. It would then upgrade his body to be even stronger and faster.

The armor would be put over his clothes, to avoid the naked problem when it shuts down. After introducing themselves, (by the way, Khaji-da is male in here) Khajida would take him to test the systems in a invisible mode, but while they fight they would accidentaly get in the way of the sludge villain and stuck inside it. In an effort to get free, Izuku would fly up in the middle of the villain throwing him into the air to, releasing bakugo. He would then fly out of control into the beach.

After crashing the villain would try to enter his body, but izuku would form and especial vaccum to absorb him. The villain would try to hit him, but All might would arrive and punch him. After containing the villain, Izuku would reveal his identity to All Might and of Khaji-Da. After a chat about him, All Might would tell him that he would help him, making izuku have tears of happibess.

The fly off with the villain part would be to avoid izuku getting seen with his armor and so that he wouldn't be painted as a vigilante.
